We are a growing IT Department internationally based in line with the acquisition growth of our company. The position created is to be based onsite at Zwickau or Monheim.
Accountabilities
Initially the job entails gaining knowledge on transitional activities for SAP and ensuring the business is helped through the process. The role starts with SAP R/3 Version 4.7 and requires knowledge of interfaces to other systems onsite.
The role will also contribute input into contracts that are necessary for the sites. Reporting will be directly to the IT Director of Aesica.
Other Key areas
- SAP R/3 version 4.7
- SAP knowledge in the following modules WM, SD, MM, FI and QM (MM most important)
- Knowledge of business process and adherence to SAP modules is a key requirement
- SAP User Administration would be valuable for the future
- Managing and working with hosting partners
- Knowledge in GMP related areas and the ability to interpret GMP-guidelines in a pragmatic way would be an added benefit
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with:
- A university degree or equivalent qualification in an IT related discipline
- A minimum of 3-5 years IT experience preferred in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in the broad range of SAP
- Good business project management skills would be appreciated but not mandatory
- A pragmatic approach to handling onsite SAP topics and a high flexibility are a key to this role
- SAP R/3 application Knowledge version 4.7
- Knowing SAP E.C.C 6.0 would be also favourable
- Good level of spoken and written English and German (essential)
- Willingness to travel from time to time between the sites
